Man Pleads Guilty To Importing Heroin
In yesterday’s [Apr.2] Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments session, 46-year-old Shannon Forth pleaded guilty to the charge of importing $1.4 million worth of diamorphine [heroin] in December 2011.
