Afternoon Accidents In The East & West

At approximately 2pm today [July 22] there was an accident in the Ord Road, Paget area in which it appears a bike may have struck a truck. It appears the Police removed the bike from the scene in the back of a truck, and we unofficially understand the male bike rider received minor injuries.

At approximately 3pm, there was another accident – this one in the area by the Crawl Hill Gas Station in Hamilton parish. It appears a motorcycle collided with a car at the road junction, with both vehicles sustaining varying degrees of damage.

Update: The 15-year-old bike rider was arrested.
