Cambridge Energy Comments On BSX Listing
Cambridge Energy Group Limited today [July 16] issued comment on the successful Listing of their common shares on the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX].
Cambridge Energy Group Limited [CEGL] is a Bermuda exempted company with limited liability incorporated on the 16th day of January 2012. The Group is an integrated and internationally based LNG niche energy group. The company was formed through the restructuring of Cambridge Energy LLC (USA), which was formed in 2007.
The Group is engaged in the (i) acquisition and marketing of natural gas in the US, (ii) LNG-related project development, (iii) the production, transmission, distribution and supply of LNG internationally from the United States, and (iv) power generation to create demand for LNG.
Capital G BSX Services Limited sponsored the listing of CEGL and has also been appointed ongoing listing sponsor.
