Coalition To Host Budgeting & Debt Workshop
The Coalition for the Protection of Children will be holding a budgeting workshop at their Mount Hill office on November 30th to assist those who feel they could benefit from budget advice and debt management.
A spokesperson said, “Due to increasing struggles of families trying to budget in difficult economic times, the Coalition for the Protection of Children will be holding a budgeting and debt workshop on November 30th from 11.00am to 1.00pm. There will be a light lunch provided.
“This will be required for all families receiving Christmas hampers and Christmas gifts as well as emergency hardship assistance.
“The session will also be open to the public who feel they could benefit from budget advice and debt management. Call 295-1150 or email cpc@ibl.bm for further information.”

More seriously, I admire the efforts of this organisation to try to assist people who need help. It can’t be easy.
My neighbor was going to attend this but she’s up in Atlanta shopping Black Friday with her maxed out credit card.
