  1. LORD HAVE MERCY says:

    TAKING CREDIT FOR PLP SUCCESS

    • Um Um Like says:

PLP success? That’s an oxymoron, you moron. You must mean Fairmont’s success…

      • tHeMadproPhet says:

PLP pumped millions into Fairmont Southampton from 2008 to 2012.

        Go ask Chris Furbert.

        • Um Um Like says:

The plp also pumped millions into Bermuda’s “infrastructure”, but with today’s significant unemployment, drugs, violence, murders, etc., I would hesitate to say that Bermuda has been successful in the last few years.

Bloggers, Chinese New Year is next week. Guess what year it is, yes, its year of the “snake”. how befitting the ubpoba are in power. Looking at this picture I see the head cobra.

  2. Surely Right! says:

The person above is right….It is purely the successs of Fairmont Staff and their Marketing team, and those who also work with this package they have set up with Expedia. NOTHING TO DO WITH PLP. Congrats Fairmont Employees!

    • tHeMadproPhet says:

Fairmont Southampton has staff and is open today because the PLP subsidized the hotel by deferring the payroll tax for all staff from 2008, they also gave a $350.00 tax credit for each convention guest, gave tax credits and suicides in the millions.
Without the majestic location of which Fairmont Southampton are the occupiers and the Bermudian staff that work behind the seen, room attends, laundry, security, kitchen stewards, etc, etc.
George wouldn’t be living LARGE on Jews bay or working in a office illuminated by a crystal chandler.

      • Um Um Like says:

The plp gave “suicides in the millions”? Really? I would have guessed a dozen or two people may have killed themselves because of the plp, but millions?!?

        • tHeMadproPhet says:

Sorry, I meant to click subsidies not suicides.

A subsidy is assistance to a business or economic sector. Most subsidies are set in place by the government for producers or are distributed as subventions in an industry to prevent the decline of that industry.
