BNAA Weekend Track & Field Meet Results
The Bermuda National Athletics Association held a track meet at the National Sports Center this past weekend, with the island’s track and field athletes contesting a variety of events.
Salah Tuzo ran to victory in the Girls 12 & Under 1500 Meter Run crossing the line in a 5:29.59, Kimora Rubaine finished second in 5:50.70 and Tilly Norman finished third with a time of 5:54.23.
Zakiah Lewis won the Under 17 Girls 100 Meter Dash clocking 13.20, Zye Simmons finished second in 13.60 and Symira Lowe-Darrell finished third with a time of 13.64.
The Under 17 Girls 400 Meter Dash was won by Azaire Smith who clocked 1:01.46, Zariah Simmons finished second in 1:02.69 and Carol Ann Campbell was third in 1:03.63.
Ryan Outerbridge won the 12 & Under Boys 1500 Meter Run with a time of 5:06.78, while Iziah Tucker finished second clocking 5:13.69.
Kionje Somner won the Under 17 Boys 200 Meter Dash with a time of 22.27, Antonio Bailey finished second with a time of 22.51 and Brent Burke finished third with a time of 23.18.
David Darrell won the Under 17 Boys 1500 Meter Run with a time of 4:23.73, Aaron Jacobs finished second clocking 4:25.54 and Nasaje Anderson finished third with a time of 4:35.61.
