Foul Play Not Suspected In 49 Yr Old’s Death

Following the death of a 49 year old man in the Par-La-Ville park area yesterday afternoon [Aug 16], the police have stated that foul play is not suspected.

A police spokesperson said, “On Saturday afternoon at around 2:45pm police and first responders attended a report of an incident that took place in the Par-La-Ville park rest rooms.

“Upon police arrival, they came upon a 49 year old man’s body face down on the bathroom floor in a non-responsive state.

“As a result the man was conveyed to KEMH and he was certified dead at 4:30pm by a doctor on Saturday afternoon. Foul play is not suspected, and inquiries into this death is ongoing.”
