TBi: No Service Outages Following Gonzalo

While Hurricane Gonzalo affected much of the island’s infrastructure, TBi is reporting that it has experienced no outages, with service on both its internet and voice platforms enjoying 100 percent availability across the island.

A spokesperson said, “In the wake of Hurricane Gonzalo, TBi is pleased to report having experienced no outages, and 100 percent service availability on our internet and voice platforms.

“We understand some customers may be experiencing issues resulting from loss of local access, but when local service is restored, an equipment reboot should bring everything back on-line.

“If further assistance is required, our on-island, technical help desk can be reached 24 hours per day, seven days per week at
278-2460 or support@telebermuda.com.”
