Upcoming: Muay Thai Seminar With Ryan Gruhn
Beyond Fitness Bermuda will be hosting a Muay Thai Seminar on February 7th & 8th, 2015 with instructor Khun Khru Ryan Gruhn and the seminar will include details on the art of Muay Thai that will benefit all skill levels, the event notice says.
Mr. Grühn is a full instructor [Level V] under Ajarn Chai, holds a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, is a certified Dog Brother Guro, named “Guard Dog” and a full instructor of Jeet Kune Do / Filipino Martial Arts.
The event notice says he is, “a 10 year RBMMA fighter, with 30+ fights, a trainer/coach to Muay Thai, Golden Gloves, Strikeforce and UFC fighters/champions and has 20+ years of experience”. Cost of the seminar is $100 Per Day.
