Fuel Price Hikes Announced
The Ministry of Finance announced across-the-board hikes for the price of gasoline, diesel and kerosene this week [Jan. 14]. The maximum price of gas went up by 1.6 cents per litre, diesel jumped by 3 cents while kerosene increased by 2.8 cents. The Bermuda-based Catlin Group , announced today [Jan. 18] that it has purchased Blue Ridge Insurance Company [BRIC] from QBE Insurance Group.
