The Pepsi ICC World Cricket League [WCL] Division 3 action continued today [Apr 29], with Bermuda defeating Oman. Crowds of supporters made their way to the Lord’s in St. David’s to watch the home team score their first win of the tournament.

Oman won the toss and elected to bowl first, they bowled Bermuda all out for 194, Treadwell Gibbons was the top scorer with 33, while Jason Anderson added 29, Jacobi Robinson was 22 not out and Chris Douglas scored 21. Syed Amir Ali was the pick of the Oman bowlers with figures of 10-1-34-3.

In reply Oman were bowled all out for 160, Syed Amir Ali was the top scorer with 58 not out, while Jatinder Singh scored 28. Malachi Jones was the pick of the Bermuda bowlers with figures of 10-1-29-3, Dion Stovell, Rodney Trott and Jacobi Robinson all grabbed a wicket each.
