Teen Services To Hold Fundraising Tag Days
Teen Haven will hold its annual tag days on February 13, 14, and 18 [Friday, Saturday and Wednesday] from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in various locations across the island, and Minister of Community, Culture and Sports Pat Gordon-Pamplin recently received the first tag from Teen Services Executive Director, Michelle Wade
Teen Services/Teen Haven is a registered charity, and funds from the tag day are used for Teen Haven programs and operational cost. The Teen Haven has been in existence for 29 years and offers transitional housing and comprehensive services to homeless teenage girls, young women and their children.
This year, Teen Haven has included a draw with the tag day. Any person who donates $10.00 or more in the donation bucket is eligible for a draw. The winner will receive a round trip airline ticket, courtesy of JetBlue airlines.
The organization is hoping to raise $10,000.00 from the tag day.
