Man Fined For Possessing Cannabis & Cocaine
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Sept 6], a 44-year-old man was fined $1.600 after admitting possessing cannabis and cocaine.
Malik Outerbridge admitted possessing cannabis, cannabis resin and cocaine in Pembroke in February 2016.
Before being sentenced, Outerbridge said that all the drugs were for his personal use and he asked the Magistrate for leniency.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo fined Mr Outerbridge $300 for the cannabis possession, $300 for the cannabis resin possession, and $1000 for the cocaine possession.
In all, Mr Outerbridge was fined $1,600.
