Photo Set #2 & Results: Round The Grounds

The 2017 edition of the KPMG Round the Grounds race took place at the Botanical Gardens, with just under 450 youngsters completing the course.

The Girls 4 Years Old race was won by Alae Rochester, who crossed the line in a time of 1:46.7, Elena Bortoli finished second in 1:58.1 and Sarah Levy finished in third with a time of 2:00.0. Jace Postlethwaite won the Boys 4 Years Old race clocking 1:37.6, Taiz Lathan was second in 1:47.3 and Sami Luber finished third in 1:53.3.

The Girls 5 Years Old saw Zaylee Lawrence finish first with a time of 1:33.6, Fiyin Iwaloye was second in 1:36.7 and Avery Taylor finished third clocking 1:37.9. The Boys 5 Years Old winner was Ta’Han Eve who clocked 1:24.8, Conor O’Sullivan was second in 1:31.4 and Tnuri Virgil finished third with a time of 1:35.9.

Milan Gibbons-Thomas won the Girls 6 Years Old after she stopped the clock in a time of 2:58.6, finishing in second was Sarai Darrell who recorded a time of 3:04.6 and Kimori Chamberlain finished third in 3:14.7. The Boys 6 Years Old title went to Jeon Wolfe 2:52.1, Gladwyn Benjamin was second in 2:58.8 and Sanchez Smith finished third in 2:59.8.

Azari Jones won the Girls 7 Years Old race crossing the line in a time of 2:52.5, Amaris Munya was second in 2:59.8 and Zyari Lawrence finished third in a time of 3:05.5. Tyler Steede ran to victory in the Boys 7 Years Old race with a time of 2:42.7, Gianluca Bortoli was second in 2:44.2 and Tom Hyland finished third in 2:45.2.
