In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of September 2018, Somers purchased 1,500 of its own common shares at an average cost of $16.25 per share. These Shares have been cancelled.
The number of common shares in issue as at September 30, 2018 was 20,058,261 [net of nil treasury shares].
