Students Initiated In Rotary Interact Clubs
Over 60 Interact students were recently initiated in three Rotary Interact Clubs in Bermuda. These included students from Somersfield Academy, Mount St. Agnes and the Hamilton Rotary Club Community Interact Club.
The Hamilton Rotary Club Community group consists of close to 30 students who attend both Public and Private schools on the island. Presenting the Charters was the District 7230 Rotary District Governor, Rotarian Kris Chittur.
An entourage of delegates from New York were present as part of the annual ‘On To Bermuda ‘ visit to the island. Rotary Interact Clubs bring together young people ages 12-18 to develop leadership skills while discovering the power of Service Above Self.
