Video: Sunday July 7th ‘Good News’ Spotlight
News that the Department of Corrections named Farm Facility carpentry shop in honour of Mr. James “Jimmy” Pratt, Randy Horton is featured on the cover of the ‘Black Pioneers of the North American Soccer League’ book, Premier David Burt congratulated the Gold Cup football team, and Bermuda swimmers won 30 medals at the Central American and Caribbean Amateur Confederation Swimming Championships were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, team announced for Concacaf Women’s U20, volleyball teams announced for NatWest Island Games from July 6 to 13, Premier David Burt recently hosted members of Future Leaders of Bermuda and presented organization with $25,000, and Bermuda Community Foundation announced 100% board certification.
