Notice Of Coming Into Operation Of Constitution Of Bermuda [Constituency Boundaries] Order 2017 And Publication Of Adapted Parliamentary Register
Notice is hereby given that the Constitution of Bermuda [Constituency Boundaries] Order 2017 [BR 122 / 2017] came into operation on the dissolution of the Legislature on 21 August 2020 and, as a consequence, certain constituency boundaries have been altered.

Large Group Exemption: Hamilton Princess & Beach Club Employees Meeting
Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Hamilton Princess & Beach Club Employees Meeting is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 [1] and [2] of the Public Health [COVID-19 Emergency Powers] Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy-five persons assembling;
Now, therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 [4] of those Regulations permitting a group of more than seventy-five persons to assemble Monday August 24, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, 76 Pitts Bay Road, Pembroke Parish with the following conditions:
Conditions:
- All persons attending the event must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
- Number of persons permitted to attend meeting – 150
- The Bermuda Police Service / Ministry of National Security Official have right to attend and observe adherence to the conditions as prescribed above.
