HID: No In Person Customers Next Week

“The Health Insurance Department [HID] office, located at 48 Church Street Sophia House 2nd Floor, “will not serve customers in person during the week of March 22nd,” the Government has advised.

A Government spokesperson said, “HID will provide support for Policyholder and Provider claims submission and client services via the phone and email contacts below:

“General Questions

  • For general questions by phone, please call 295-9210
  • For general queries by email, please use hip@gov.bm

“Premium payments can be made online via HSBC or BNTB or over the phone by calling 295-9210. Claim reimbursements will continue for all claims received electronically. Please email claims to hip@gov.bm.

“Business hours are 8:30 am till 5 pm, with payments accepted from 8:45 am till 4:30 pm

“HID apologises for any inconvenience this may cause their clients.”
