Yet when they ride 2 or 3 wide down South Rd, they crawl along and cause a backup of traffic without any concern. Interesting.

Riding like that with a line of cars up your arse CANNOT be fun or enjoyable.

And some come out during the morning rush hour to frustrate you when you are trying to get to work. Why on earth do they do that?!

Key word in this article is ‘race’ which means going as fast as possible in a competition. So when you’re “stuck” behind 2 or 3 riding abreast (probably so that someone doesn’t attempt to overtake in a dangerous manner) they are training or just exercising, and therefore, not necessarily riding at race pace.

Some of these riders are children/teens and seniors and are no match for your vehicles so please have respect for their safety despite your annoyance. Also, they have vehicles too so they at times get “stuck” behind cyclists same as you. And buses, taxis, tourists, new riders/drivers, those really, really old seniors that you wonder if they should even still be driving, etc.
