Three Injured In Collision In Hamilton Parish
Three people were taken to hospital following a two vehicle collision on North Shore Road in Hamilton Parish late last night.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 11:30pm on Friday 19th August, police and other first responders attended a serious two vehicle collision, on North Shore Road, junction with Coney Island Road, Hamilton Parish, involving two motorcycles.
“Information suggests that both vehicles initially were traveling in a westerly direction, however it appears that a male riding one of the motorcycles attempted to make a u-turn, causing the vehicles to collide.
“The rider of that motorcycle was reported to have very serious injuries and has been transported to KEMH for treatment. The male riding the second motorcycle and his female pillion passenger were also taken to KEMH for treatment of their injuries. The extent of their injuries is not known at this time.
