Positive Image Dental 8 – Spine and Sport 7
The opener needed a shootout to decide a winner as Positive Image Dental edged Spine and Sport 8 – 7.
With the score tied at 7 – 7, Townie Jackson scored the winner for Positive Image Dental to earn the win and record a hat-trick.
Positive Image Dental got 3 goals from Christopher Merritt, Jackson scored twice, while Chris Allington, and James Amaral both added a goal each. Spine and Sport got two goals from Craig Rowat, Jeremy Estey, and Carl Vincent, while Shawn Mckee added a goal.
Appleby 4 Hamilton Princess 3
In the nightcap, Appleby edged Hamilton Princess 4 – 3. Appleby got two goals from Christopher Jackson, with Matt Katzsch, and Hart Freedman adding a goal each, while Matthew Benson, Kevin Albrecht, and Michael Travis all scored a goal each for the Hamilton Princess.
