Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mark Pettingill
Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73[6] of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matters:
R v Tayo Smith & Zywonde Lema 2021/19 CRI for the periods
10 November 2022; and 22 November – 30 November 2022 inclusive, until this matter is complete
R v Psalm Darrell 2021/32 CRI for the periods 19 December 2022; and
9 January 2023 – 13 January 2023 inclusive, until this matter is complete.
