Aspida Re Names Jenny Kane As Deputy COO
Aspida Life Re Ltd. [Aspida Re], a Bermuda-based life and annuity reinsurance company, announced that Jenny Kane has joined its executive team as Deputy Chief Operations Officer.
A spokesperson said, “Kane, with over two decades of industry experience and over a decade in the Bermuda market, brings extensive expertise in operations and risk management to the broader Aspida Re team and its clients. As Aspida Re’s deputy chief operations officer, Kane will be focused on ensuring operational controls are followed, optimized, and integrated into Aspida Re’s ERM framework.”"

The spokesperson said, “Prior to joining the Aspida Re team, Kane served as the Global Head of Operational Risk, Group Operating Officer Asset Management and Chief Administration Officer at Butterfield Bank from 2016 – 2022. Kane was also the Global Head of Projects and Initiatives, Head of Operations at Mitsubishi UFJ Fund Services from 2012 – 2016.”
