Video: Sunday May 14th ‘Good News’ Spotlight
News that Renee Faulcon was named the BNA Nurse of the Year, Shiona Turini is serving as a stylist for Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour, Rowan Vickers appeared in the Silo TV series and Bermuda is Love us set to award $5,000 scholarship were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, Kenny Leseur won the IU-Kokomo Spring Invitational, Jacob Madeiros was named to All-State Team, St George’s provided $100,000 in community grants and Finn Moseley won at the John Traube Memorial Meet.
Other good news stories included Jessica Lewis winning at the Cruisers Classic, Nathan Armstrong helping Rider to win a championship, Rockal Evans helping Matador win State Championships, volleyball players receiving development awards and Cameron Basden breaking the Windermere Long Jump Record.
