Nia Christopher Wins Attacking Player Of Year
Nia Christopher has earned yet another award, with the Bermudian footballer being named the Coastal Athletic Association [CAA] Women’s Soccer League’s Attacking Player of the Year.
She plays for Towson University which said, “Christopher currently ranks 13th in the country in goals with 12 and assists with nine and is top ten in the nation in points with 33. This season, the Bermuda native broke the program record for goals, game-winning goals and points and earned All-CAA First Team honors for the third consecutive year.”
The CAA said, “Christopher ranks 13th in the nation in goals (12) and assists (9), while her 33 points through the conclusion of the regular season rank seventh in the country. The senior from Bermuda has helped lead Towson to a +29 goal differential that is 13th nationally.”
