The trip duration was listed as from October 30, 2023 – November 2, 2023, and the web page listing said, “Deputy Premier and Minister of Home Affairs, the Hon. Walter H. Roban, JP, MP was cordially invited to speak at the Caribbean Energies & Investment Summit (CEIS) 2023, held from the 1-3 November 2023 at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre in Bridgetown, Barbados.
