The Development And Planning Act 1974
Draft City Of Hamilton Plan 2024
In accordance with the Development and Planning Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Cabinet Office has prepared the Draft City of Hamilton Plan 2024.
This Draft Plan sets out a proposed framework for the use of land within the City of Hamilton. The Department of Planning is keen to hear from residents, business owners and other interested parties on the content of the document. For confirmation, this is not currently an operative plan.
To view and comment on the Draft Plan, please visit the Department of Planning website [www.planning.gov.bm]. Alternatively, a copy of the Draft Plan is available for public inspection at the Department of Planning, 5th Floor, Dame Lois Browne Evans Building, 58 Court Street.
Please note that the consultation period within which you can submit comments, will take place between 23rd February – 26th April 2024. All comments must be submitted during this period.
