Jessica Lewis Ready For Dubai Grand Prix

Jessica Lewis gets her Dubai 2024 World Para Athletics Grand Prix campaign underway at the Dubai Club for People of Determination tomorrow [February 13].
The Bermudian competes in the T53 100 metres tomorrow at 9.35 am and the T53 400 at 7.43 am on Wednesday.
Lewis warmed up for the event, featuring 573 athletes from 71 nations across four days, by competing at the Sharjah International Open Para Athletics Meeting this month. She finished third in the T53 100 in 17.40sec.
“Season opener in Sharjah was a bit of slower start, but there’s always something to take away from that,” Lewis wrote on Facebook today.
“Been a great few days of training post races. In Dubai now for the next races at the WPA Grand Prix.”
The 30-year-old will compete for world ranking points for the Kobe Athletics Championships in May and the Paralympic Games in Paris in August.
