Temporary Lane Closure On Trimingham Road

The Ministry of Public Works announced a temporary lane closure on Trimingham Road in Paget for CCTV installation and grate repairs on Thursday [May 16].

A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform the motoring public that Trimingham Road in Paget will experience temporary lane closure to accommodate CCTV installation and grate repair works.

“The temporary lane closure will commence on Thursday, May 16th, 2024, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm and will enable a one-way system on Trimingham Road towards the Lane, Berry Hill Road, and Crow Lane roundabout.

“City of Hamilton outbound traffic will be detoured through Point Finger Road and The Lane. Motorists will not be granted access up Trimingham Road heading South. Motorists are advised to use caution when travelling north along Trimingham Road, passing two [2] construction sites.

“Traffic control will be managed by invisible trenching representatives using cones and signs.

“The Ministry of Public Works encourages the full cooperation of the public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.
