Paget Parish Council To Hold 2024 AGM
The Paget Parish Council announced the 2024 AGM will take place on Wednesday, June 19 at 6:30pm at Paget Gospel Chapel Hall.
A spokesperson said, “This year’s meeting will open with an engaging presentation and conversation with Mr. Danny Simmons, entitled, “Big Lessons for the Bermuda Botanical Gardens”.
“Mr. Simmons recently attended the Botanical Bridges Congress held in Cartagena, Colombia and made a presentation on May 28 at the Bermuda Aquarium Museum and Zoo.”
Bill Pitman, Council Chair stated, “The Council is pleased to join the island-wide efforts to increase awareness and discuss strategies to protect our environment and add to the beauty of our island. We thank Mr. Simmons for sharing his knowledge and expertise with us and look forward to an engaging discussion.”
The spokesperson said, “This meeting is open to all residents and friends of Paget Parish and the conversation is being hosted as a community service. To help manage the evening, all potential attendees are encouraged to pre-register and can click here to do so.
“The key note speaker will be followed by Parish business items from about 7:45pm for the residents of Paget.
