About the Artists:
“moya & iona – Sister duo moya & iona captivate audiences with their beautifully woven harmonies and heartfelt original songs. Originally from South Africa and now based in Bermuda, the teenage singer-songwriters blend their unique voices to create music that is both intimate and powerful.
“Purple Ferdinand – Beloved and elusive singer-songwriter Purple Ferdinand, born and raised in East London, enchants listeners with her gentle, soulful sounds. With vocals like honey and vulnerable lyrics that resonate deeply, she creates a dreamy blend of nostalgic folk, soul, and contemporary influences. Accompanied by her ukulele, Purple’s music is intentional, relatable, and refreshingly original.
“Raven – Raven is a Bermudian musician with a degree in professional music from Berklee College of Music, specializing in drumming. She is a versatile performer whose influences range from pop-punk to R&B, grunge to neo-soul, making her a self-proclaimed “genre nomad.” Whether on the mic, playing guitar, or behind a drum kit, Raven’s passion for music shines through. She has performed with the America’s Cup band, The Bermuda Festival, and various local venues.
“Rachel Brown – Hailed as “the future” by Wyclef Jean and “the next big thing” by InStyle, Rachel Brown is a singer-songwriter with Bermudian and Ethiopian roots, celebrated for her distinct style. With over 30 million Spotify streams and multiple songwriting awards, her voice—described by The New Yorker as possessing “the walnut burr of Erykah Badu and the lightness of Norah Jones”—has captivated audiences worldwide.
