Henryk Marszalek won the Bermuda Open snooker title, defeating John Orr 4-0 in the best-of-seven frame final at WSC on Sunday, May 4.

Marszalek, a member of a successful snooker league team earlier in April, secured the frames with scores of 59-12, 48-24, 52-11, and 60-26. His victory marks him as the first debutant in the Bermuda Open to win the event in his maiden season in the league since Paul Fedden in 2017.

In related news, the Bermuda Open doubles tournament is underway. On Thursday, May 14, Todd Dziak and Nadanja Bailey advanced to the semi-finals after a 2-0 victory over Stephen Tucker and Keith Smith at WWC. Frame scores were 57-24 and 52-22.

Dziak and Bailey are scheduled to face Steven Bremar and Zane DeSilva in the semi-finals. The winners of that match will play in the final against Paul Fedden and Tyler Moniz.
