Right about now the COH should be going around their streets pulling up tape and removing all claims to COH owned sidewalks.
People were putting down tape to mark their spots LAST WEEK.
I also see that there are several buildings in Hamilton with scaffolding erected. Does that mean multi-level viewing of the parade?
I divorced my family 25 years ago then expected them to show up at the marked spot.
Alcoholism and contact drugs was not Good. Glad to be clean and sober.
Charge them $500 a spot thats the way to go!!
