Video: Sunday May 18th “Good News” Spotlight
News that Island Trading donated more than $7,000 worth of outdoor furniture to Habitat for Humanity ReStore, Kenita Fox won the Mother of the Year award, and the Department of Education’s Dionne Tuzo earned the Public Service Excellence Award [PSEA] were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news Butterfield and Vallis is continuing to support the Family Centre with a multiyear donation, Solaris, a new restaurant at The Reefs, is now open, serving elevated, locally sourced cuisine and five local charities each received $3,000 from the Freemasons Fund for Bermuda.
We also posted various community photo galleries, including coverage of Canvas Is Black art exhibition, Motorsports Hall Of Fame Induction and Harbour Nights.
