All flags on City properties will be flown at half-mast today in honor of former Councilor Lawrence “Larry” Scott, as a tribute on the day of his funeral

A spokesperson said, “Please be advised that all flags on City properties will be flown at half-mast today, from sunrise to sunset, in honor of former Councilor Lawrence “Larry” Scott. This observance coincides with the day of his funeral and serves as a tribute to his service and contributions to the City of Hamilton.”
