Technical Institute Anniversary Gathering
Former students of the Bermuda Technical Institute are being invited to gather at Ocean View Golf Club on Wednesday [Sept 17] to celebrate the 69th anniversary of the school’s opening.
A spokesperson said, “Excitement is growing as former students of the Bermuda Technical Institute anticipate their 69th Anniversary gathering on Wednesday, September 17th at the Ocean View Golf Club in Devonshire. This will be the 69th anniversary of the school’s opening of September 17, 1956. All former students are welcome, the invitation to attend is extended to alumni only of the Bermuda Technical Institute.
“Graduates of the BTI [1956-1968] are invited to fellowship, share memories and rekindle friendships, in an informal setting.
“Tickets for Wednesday’s event at Ocean View Golf Club must be purchased through the Ptix.bm website. Ticket price is $35 to include light refreshments. There will be a cash bar and raffles. The wearing of House Colors is very encouraged.
