Nahki Wells Scores Twice In Cup Victory
Nahki Wells scored twice in Luton Town’s 4-3 win at home to non-league Forest Green Rovers in the FA Cup first round today [October 31].
The Bermuda striker, who joined the Sky Bet League One side from Championship team Bristol City last summer, struck in the 30th and 53rd minutes to give his side a 3-0 lead.
Wells, who was substituted in the 71st minute, also created Luton’s opening goal for Lamine Fanne in the 23rd minute.
Forest Green, who play in the Vanarama National League, fought back to 3-3 before conceding again in the 92nd minute.
