Video: Great Sound Hosts Foil Racing
Wingfoil racing sailing took place in the Great Sound at the weekend, featuring a three-race format.
In the opening race, Eddie Thompson claimed the win, with Peter Babekas placing second, Christian Luthi third and Melony Kendell fourth.
Natalia Linkova retired early to the clubhouse to address gear-tuning challenges.
In race two, Thompson maintained his lead to take another bullet, with Babekas coming runner-up in a photo finish with Luthi, who had to settle for third.
Kendell and Linkova sat the race out.
In the final race three, Babekas triumphed, with Thompson taking second.
