Sunday May 24th: “Good News” Spotlight
News that the island celebrated Bermuda Day, Jessica Lewis won the 100m in Switzerland, and Christopher Williamson earned the Public Service Excellence Award were among the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, the WindReach Walk & Roll event was held, Bermudian footballer Nia Christopher scored a hat trick as FH Hafnarfjörður reached the Icelandic Cup semifinals, and Tyler Smith and Maddie Durkin raced to victory in the 2026 Bermuda Day Half Marathon Derby.
