Photos: Football Shield Finals

Hamilton Parish won the Shield Championship yesterday [Jan.1] after defeating X’Roads at the National Sports Centre.

Jahkai Outerbridge found the back of the net after a 25 yard strike in the 20th minute of the first half put Parish ahead. X’Roads had a missed opportunity in the first half when Khomeini Talbot’s penalty kick hit the post in the 11th minute of play.

In the 81st minute Ian Coke headed in a Shayne Hollis cross to put Hamilton Parish up 2 – 0, and the game ended soon after with Hamilton Parish walking away with the Shield.
