Upcoming: Children’s Reading Festival

The Bermuda Youth Library will be celebrating the joy of books at the Children’s Reading Festival on Saturday [Mar. 31].

From 9.30am until 4pm, the event will feature story times, music, face-painting, crafts, and games.

With mascot Libro Lion on hand, this is for children of all ages with a “Book Babies” session at 9.30 a.m., “Stories, stories, stories …” at 10.30 a.m., “Down By The Docks” at noon, “Libro Lion & Friends” at 1 p.m., “Storybook Parade” at 2 p.m. and a “Magic & Puppet Show” getting underway at 3 p.m.
