23-Year-Old Man Arrested After Collision

A 23-year-old Hamilton parish man has been arrested in connection with the motorcycle collision that injured a female pedestrian on Court Street on Saturday [Sept 29].

Around 3:45am on Saturday, police officers attempted to stop a male riding a motorcycle along Front Street; however the rider accelerated away. In his attempt to elude pursuing officers, the rider later struck with a female pedestrian on Court Street, leaving a 57 year old Paget woman requiring medical treatment for a leg injury.
