Investigation Continues Into Sandys Shooting
The police investigation into the shooting on Somerset Road on Thursday is continuing.
A police statement said: “Inquiries are ongoing into the confirmed firearm incident that occurred in the Somerset Road, Sandys parish area around 12:15am on Thursday, October 25th. Detectives are particularly interested in speaking with anyone who may have heard or seen anything suspicious in the vicinity of Somerset Bridge or Lantana around midnight on Thursday.
“Anyone that may have seen persons acting suspiciously in the area prior to this confirmed firearm incident is encouraged to contact the Serious Crime Unit on 247-1739 or the independent and confidential Crime Stoppers hotline on 800-8477.”
