Pedestrian Injured In Devonshire Collision

A 61-year-old pedestrian was injured after a motorcycle collided into him on Friday.

A police statement said: “Around 12 noon on Friday, October 26th police and first responders attended a reported collision in the area of Palmetto Road and Roberts Avenue in Devonshire.

“It appears that a motorcycle was being ridden along Palmetto Road when a collision occurred with a pedestrian. As a result both the motorcyclist, a 25 year old Warwick man and the pedestrian, a 61 year old Pembroke man, were injured; however their injuries are not considered life threatening. Inquiries into this collision are ongoing.”
