Tropical Storm Oscar — the fifteenth named storm of the season — has formed in the Atlantic, however is not expected to impact Bermuda. The Bermuda Weather Service said Oscar’s closest point of approach to Bermuda within 72 hrs is forecast to be 1390 nm to the ESE at 3pm on Thurday October 4, 2012.
