18-Year-Old Denies Counterfeit Money Charges

St George’s resident Ms Shannon Ingram, 18, appeared in Magistrates Court this morning [May 7] where she pleaded not guilty to one charge of passing a $50 counterfeit US note at a store on Happy Valley Road in Devonshire on 3rd April 2013.

She also pleaded not guilty to a second charge of possessing $950 worth of counterfeit notes in St George’s on 3rd April 2013. Her trial was set for July 2013, and she was granted bail of $2,000 with one surety.
