1927 £1 Bermuda Note On Sale For $2,500
In the space of some 86 years, the value of £1 Bermuda note has drastically increased, with eBay user isranumis.ltd offering a 1927 piece of currency for sale via the popular auction website for $2,500.
The note is listed as being in “very fair” condition, not a bad grade given its age and likely heavy use. The listing’s price is currently just below the $2,500 USD mark, with free shipping being offered to the winning bidder.
its in terrible condition for what they are asking…
Perhaps the Govt should have held onto the old notes so they could have sold them to raise some revenue.
As a coin and rare bill collector myself, I can tell you categorically: you are having a LAUGH with that valuation. Would love to get my hands on this, but for over $100? No way.
I agree with the above statement…but I would not give anywhere $100 as the generous man above.
it’s in a very poor condition.
