Videos: 2014 Purvis Primary School Science Fair
Purvis Primary School held its 13th Annual Science Fair on Wednesday and Thursday [Feb 26/27], with the event serving to highlight the students’ scientific knowledge and inquiry skills.
Students from all age ranges lined up to explain what their projects entailed carefully outlining the what was involved in the process, items used, the students’ hypotheses and conclusions.
The science fair challenged the students, from Primary 1 to Primary 6, to solve questions using the scientific method, think like scientists, develop their organizational skills, enhance their writing skills, and oral-presentation skills.
