    Wishing you a speedy recovery.

I see many people travelling on the back of trucks these days. I wonder of the police ever stop or ticket people for this?
I wish the gentleman a quick and full recovery, and hope he wasn’t riding in the back of a truck.

I’ve often wondered about the same thing.
I could get a ticket for being in the confines of a car, surrounded by airbags, going at a relatively low speed without a seatbelt.
Yet workmen can ride around hanging off the back of an open truck with no seatbelt, and nothing gets said. I have even seen them sitting in plastic lawn chairs in the back of open back trucks. One sharp hit of the brakes and they would go flying, chair and all. Perhaps the reactive, not proactive, BPS needs to focus on this a bit more.
I don’t know what happened in this case, but I wish the gentleman a speedy recovery from his injuries.
